Job Description

Electronics assemblers play a crucial role in the manufacturing of electronic equipment. They are responsible for assembling, fabricating, and testing electronic components and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly Tasks

: Solder and manually assemble electronic components like resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits. Install and align parts and components on printed circuit boards (PCBs). Operate machines for fabricating and assembling electronic parts.

Quality Control

: Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards. Document inspection results and report any defects.

Maintenance

: Clean and maintain work areas and tools. Replace defective parts and perform repairs on electronic devices.
Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in soldering and handling small electronic components. Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly instructions.

Physical Requirements

: Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity. Ability to perform tasks that may require physical stamina.

Education

: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in electronics is beneficial. Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is an asset.
We are seeking an Electronics Assembler to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and solder electronic components onto PCBs. Operate and maintain assembly equipment, including soldering irons. Perform quality checks and inspections on completed assemblies. Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to complete assembly tasks accurately. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics or related field is a plus. At least 1 year experience in soldering and assembling electronic components onto PCBs. Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) practices and safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

Full-time position. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
