We are seeking a skilled

Electronics Assembler

to join our production team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in electronics assembly, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. This role plays a vital part in supporting and enhancing our production processes through precise and reliable electronic assembly work.

Core Responsibilities



Perform

fine-pitch soldering

of both

surface-mount

and

through-hole

PCB assemblies. Accurately

identify and handle components

according to schematics, drawings, or samples. Conduct

preforming, installation, and rework

of PCB components. Assemble

mechanical, wiring, and cable

components to specification. Perform

product testing, inspection, and quality assurance

in accordance with company and industry standards. Follow

ESD-safe handling procedures

and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Collaborate effectively with the production team to improve processes and solve problems. Complete other duties as assigned to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience



2-3 years of hands-on soldering and assembly experience

in an electronics manufacturing environment. Demonstrated

expertise in fine-pitch soldering

techniques. Familiarity with

production testing

, inspection methods, and

quality control protocols

. Ability to

interpret technical documents

, including schematics, assembly drawings, and written instructions. Strong understanding of

standard ESD practices

and safe handling of electronic components.

Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient

, with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Flexibility to perform

shift work

as required.

Proactive and team-oriented

approach, with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems

. Clear and professional

written and verbal communication

skills.
