Job Description
Aerocorp Avionic Solutions is seeking a
skilled Electrical Wire Assembler
to join our team. We specialize in advanced avionics upgrades, harness manufacturing, and system integration for aircraft such as the Twin Otter, King Air, and Dash-8 series.Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and terminate aircraft wiring harnesses using MIL-SPEC wire and connectors Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions Crimp, solder, and install contacts, backshells, and components Perform continuity and insulation resistance testing Maintain quality standards in accordance with Aerocorp and Transport Canada procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in electrical or avionics wiring assembly Familiarity with DMC tooling, wire identification, and MIL-SPEC standards Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Previous aerospace or electronics experience is an asset
