Position: E-Commerce Optimization Specialist
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $32.74 per hour
Job Type: Temporary 12 months contract
Our partner, a leading champion in the luxury cosmetics industry, is looking for an E-commerce Optimization Specialist to join their team located in Downtown Montreal. This opportunity comes with great possibility for permanency, as well as a hybrid working mode.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide effective support based on analysis of features to optimize their impact on our websites
- Provide recommendations for site operations gaps to implement process improvements and technical solutions
- Provide performance and market analysis
- Interpret and analyze data using research methods
- Be responsible for the production of technical documentation
- Evaluate KPI, write reports
- Execute other tasks related to the role
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
- Fluently bilingual, French and English
- 2 years of experience in retail, with a focus on e-commerce and operating an e-commerce website
- Experience with web merchandizing and analytics
- Experience with various platforms relevant to the field
- Sufficient knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform functionality
