Duties and Responsibilities
As an E-commerce Specialist you will play a pivotal role in shaping their online presence and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and customer engagement.
• Website Management: Manage our e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO.
• Product Listings: Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience to delight customers and drive repeat business.
• Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• E-Commerce Strategy: Work closely with our inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in the life sciences or related industry.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
