The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for the daily execution of all marketing, optimization, and administration of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon and Social Media. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces and digital marketing. The E-commerce Specialist must be an organized multitasker able to handle multiple brands and platforms. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Updating and optimizing product listings on multiple marketplaces and platforms
Create content for brands including copy, graphic design, landing pages, and ads, all while complying with existing brand style-scapes and using our existing Adobe Suite templates
Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues including communicating with seller support
Managing Amazon customer feedback and inquiries
Packaging management including graphic design, inventory, and purchasing
Social media marketing
Online advertising including Google performance max campaigns, Amazon PPC, and Meta Ads
Email and SMS marketing and automation
Optimizing the website to increase conversion rates including using upsells, down-sells, cross sells, subscriptions, copy and layout, and UX Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify and Amazon
Intermediate Graphic design skills and experience in Adobe CC
Must be detail oriented, organized, ability to multitask, positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be fluent in English, French is an asset.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software and marketplace issues effectively
Social media marketing management experience Additional experience - Must have at least 2 Photography (product and/or lifestyle)

SEO experience
Blogging experience
Sales Copywriting
Understanding of the psychology of selling Experience: E-Commerce: 2 years (required)
