Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an eCommerce Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellence.

This is a part-time contract role, based in Vancouver BC. You will work from our Gastown location.

Responsibilities:

Manage order processing and fulfillment on all eCommerce orders and ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Monitoring customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution. Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee the Shopify admin platform, including inventory, product listings, content updates, and technical troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year experience within an Oprerations or eCommerce role, preferably with Shopify experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: Up to $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Work Location: In person
