We're looking for an
E-Commerce Marketing Manager
who is both strategic and hands-on -- someone who understands digital growth, can drive revenue with intention, and loves putting creative ideas into the world. If you've run successful e-commerce programs using
Shopify + Klaviyo + digital ads
, and you thrive in a brand-driven environment, you'll love this role.
This is a Full-Time, In-House Role
You'll work from our Victoria office and collaborate directly with our leadership team, creative partners, and production crew. We want someone who is present, plugged in, and part of our culture.
What You'll OwnShopify / Site Ownership
Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront -- product setup, collections, subscriptions, upsells, and landing pages
Implement CRO best practices: A/B tests, checkout improvements, speed/performance, and user experience
Confident working with themes, apps, and integrations to solve problems and increase revenue
Marketing & Growth
Paid acquisition & ads:
Meta, Google, retargeting, creative testing, ROI measurement
Email & lifecycle:
Klaviyo flows, segmentation, automation, winback, and subscriber growth
Conversion & UX:
turn traffic into customers and customers into repeat buyers
Build and run e-commerce campaigns and product launches
Brief and manage creative partners (photo/video/design) when needed
Collaborate with founders while owning your lane and driving results
This is not a "maintain the store" position -- this is
growth-focused e-commerce marketing
with real responsibility and autonomy.
You'll Thrive Here If You...
Have
4+ years
managing Shopify-based e-commerce for a consumer brand
Are highly fluent with
Shopify + Klaviyo
Know how to plan, build, and optimize digital ads with a clear performance mindset
Are comfortable owning strategy AND execution
Enjoy data, dashboards, and problem-solving
Value great brand storytelling and customer experience
Communicate clearly and collaborate well
Care about doing great work with good people
What Success Looks Like
In your first 6-12 months, you've:
? Improved conversion rate
? Increased subscription and repeat-order revenue
? Built winning Klaviyo flows + campaigns
? Scaled paid ads profitably
? Strengthened the end-to-end Shopify customer journey
? Created predictable and sustainable revenue growth
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Recharge or other subscription tools
Loyalty or referral program experience
Background in CPG, food, beverage, outdoor/adventure, or coffee
GA4 dashboards, heat maps, CRO software
