We're looking for an

E-Commerce Marketing & Growth Manager

to drive our next stage of digital growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, performance, and product. You'll oversee daily marketing priorities, guide a small but mighty team, and translate KPIs into actionable growth decisions across channels, merchandising, and customer experience. From forecasting demand and refining ad spend to optimizing site conversions and lifecycle automations, you'll help shape the business's online trajectory end-to-end.

You'll collaborate closely with leadership, accounting, and operations--turning insight into impact through smart planning, creative direction, and measurable results. You will also drive the overall marketing strategy for all B2C and B2B lines of business.

Role Outline:



Lead and oversee marketing and digital product team members, managing competing priorities and proactively assigning daily, weekly, and monthly focus areas based on urgency. Drive organizational growth by analyzing key performance indicators to inform strategic business decisions--including channel strategy, budget allocation, performance analytics, merchandising, inventory planning, contribution margin tracking, and informing creative vision. Ensure MAP compliance, verifying adherence across all applicable channels and promotions. Oversee merchandising and inventory planning, including demand forecasting, PO placement, and dead-stock remediation. Analyze data and set strategic direction using specialized tools, defining and tracking KPIs (ROAS, MER, CVR, AOV, LTV, CAC, payback), and liaising with Accounting and Operations for dashboard reporting. Manage automation and lifecycle marketing, including Klaviyo and Attentive flows (cart/browse abandon, post-purchase, winback, back-in-stock, VIP) and deliverability monitoring. Lead product research and onboarding, ensuring spec/margin/MAP due diligence, intake checklists, Product Detail Page (PDP) accuracy, and Go-To-Market (GTM) planning. Direct and prioritize the marketing team backlog to maintain focus on high-impact initiatives, while ensuring proper maintenance of all required systems and processes. Conduct cohort analyses to identify demographic trends, cross-/up-selling, and other market opportunities. Guide creative execution by providing strategic direction for marketing campaigns and materials. Monitor and respond to the daily business probe, executing strategic updates as needed. Oversee website optimization and growth vision, ensuring consistent improvements to user experience and conversion. Monitor and optimize Klaviyo and Attentive email/SMS automations, attribution modelling, data pipelines, and QA. Oversee and refine PPC/SEM and paid-media strategy (Google, Meta, TikTok), optimizing budget allocation to achieve target ROAS and MER, and reviewing daily ad performance reports (Meta, TikTok, etc) to guide strategic direction and delegation. Conversion rate optimization (increasing Shopify sales / CCS leads with existingtraffic). Drive conversion-rate optimization to increase Shopify sales and Complete Coffee Solutions (CCS) leads from existing traffic. Develop and maintain the site, product, and UX roadmap -- including new features, customer portal improvements, and coordination with the CX team on digital interactions. Oversee brand and campaign planning, ensuring cohesive marketing calendars, vendor collaborations, seasonal promotions, and omni-channel consistency across digital, retail, and partnership initiatives.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field. 5-8 years' progressive experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles. Proven ability to translate KPIs (ROAS, MER, CVR, LTV, CAC) into actionable growth strategies. Hands-on experience managing Shopify-based stores and digital ad performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google. Strong grasp of e-commerce merchandising, demand forecasting, and MAP compliance. Exceptional organization and attention to detail, effectively managing multiple concurrent priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce environment. Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing automation (Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar). Demonstrated success in conversion-rate optimization and site UX improvement. Experience managing a small marketing or digital team, including prioritizing and delegating daily tasks. Excellent analytical, project-management, and communication skills.

Assets:



Familiarity with BI dashboards, cohort analysis, or SQL-based analytics. Background in consumer goods, coffee, or home appliance categories. Knowledge of creative direction or marketing material development. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with accounting, ops, and logistics teams.
