Are you ready to be the
architect of direct-to-consumer (DTC) success
for the leader in powersports and outdoor apparel? We are looking for a high-impact E-commerce Manager to fully own our digital storefront. This role is focused on aggressive revenue growth, flawless site execution, and ensuring our online experience reflects the premium quality of the FXR brand.

Head of Marketing
Key Responsibilities: The Impact You'll Make
P&L Stewardship & Strategy:
Be the internal champion for the e-commerce
P&L
, setting ambitious revenue targets and defining the complete seasonal promotional and pricing strategy.
Customer Journey Optimization:
Champion the continuous enhancement of the
User Experience (UX)
and
Site Design (UI)
to maximize conversion rates and radically minimize shopping cart abandonment.
Platform & Merchandising:
Partner with the Web Development Lead to ensure
flawless daily operations
of the
Shopify Plus
platform and provide direction for dynamic visual merchandising.
Traffic & Marketing:
Act as the critical link guiding external agency partners to accelerate high-quality traffic through
SEO, SEM, Email Marketing
, and impactful product launch campaigns.
Data Translation:
Monitor, analyze, and translate complex metrics (Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC) using
Google Analytics 4
into concise, actionable insights for senior leadership.
What You'll Bring to the team: Core Expertise
We need a proven self-starter who is ready to take ownership and lead with a data-driven mindset.
Experience:
4+ years of verifiable, hands-on experience in e-commerce management, preferably within
apparel, powersports, or a high-growth DTC brand
.
Platform Mastery:
Expert proficiency with major e-commerce platforms, specifically
Shopify Plus
.
Analytical Power:
Exceptional skill in using
Web Analytics tools
(e.g., Google Analytics 4) to drive decision-making.
Fundamental Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the digital marketing funnel and
UX/UI principles
.
Track Record:
A proven history of achieving
significant online sales growth
and managing multiple, complex projects in a high-volume seasonal environment.
