Position Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital commerce initiatives from our Langley head office. This role is pivotal in shaping our online presence, managing a high-performing team, and driving growth across multiple product lines and platforms--especially Amazon.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in e-commerce advertising, content creation, and Amazon systems. You'll oversee written content, manage team members across creative and advertising functions, and ensure alignment with ABCO's brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor the E-Commerce team, including the E-Commerce Coordinator, and Amazon Creative Designers. Oversee and support all e-commerce functions including product listings, advertising, content creation, and performance reporting. Report directly to the Managing Director, providing regular updates and performance insights. Foster collaboration across creative, marketing, and operations teams to achieve brand and revenue goals.
2. E-Commerce Operations

Lead Amazon storefront strategy, including SEO, conversion optimization, and compliance with platform standards Manage and optimize product listings, storefronts, and brand stores, with a primary focus on Amazon Ensure alignment of content, design, and marketing assets across platforms Oversee creation of written, visual, and video content to maintain a consistent brand voice and high-quality standards
3. Advertising & Campaigns

Guide ad strategy and execution in collaboration with the Ads Coordinator Ensure optimal ad spend and ROI through performance analysis and strategic adjustments Plan and oversee promotional campaigns and product launches Align advertising efforts with broader marketing goals
4. Content & Brand Management

Develop and implement content strategies for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Manage the creative output of the team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms Maintain a well-organized library of optimized creative assets
5. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales) to drive performance Conduct regular audits and implement improvements across listings and campaigns Present actionable insights to guide data-driven decision-making and enhance customer experience

Qualifications:



Proven experience managing cross-functional teams 5+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or Amazon Seller Central Strong understanding of Amazon systems (Seller Central, SEO, and conversion optimization) and other e-commerce platforms. Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, etc.). Skilled in content creation and brand storytelling Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
