We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales platforms and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce website, optimizing online presence, and driving sales growth through strategic digital marketing efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, web development, graphic design, and data analytics to ensure our brand remains competitive in the digital marketplace. The E-Commerce Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates across all online channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
Manage and optimize the company's website using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure a seamless user experience.
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Utilize Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Design engaging graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design tools.
Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers through targeted messaging.
Analyze website data and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with current digital marketing trends.
Maintain accurate product listings, inventory updates, and pricing information on the e-commerce platform.
Ensure website compliance with industry standards and best practices for security and accessibility.
Experience
Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
Proficiency in WordPress development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles.
Experience with Google Ads campaigns management and keyword research techniques.
Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
Ability to develop creative content aligned with brand strategy while maintaining technical proficiency in web development tools.
