E-Commerce & Fulfillment Manager (Part-Time)

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (fixed schedule)

We are launching a new national e-commerce platform and are seeking someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and pressure. This is a

sole-operator fulfillment role

Regular Schedule (Non-Sale Periods)

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

(25 hours per week)

These are the everyday working hours. No choosing shifts. No swapping times. This is the schedule.

Sale Events - Extended Hours

During significant sales (BOGO50, Customer Appreciation Day, Black Friday, etc.), the fulfillment volume spikes dramatically. During these periods, the schedule increases to ensure all orders are cleared daily.

Sale Event Schedule:

7:00 AM start time

(until all orders are completed for the day)
Typically

7:00 AM to 2:00 or 3:00 PM

Up to

8 hours/day

, depending on order volume.

Sales events usually run:

From the start date of the sale Until all orders from that sale window are processed Example: Black Friday ran for 7 days ? extended hours lasted all 7 days
Once the sale ends and order volume stabilizes, the schedule returns to

9:00 AM-2:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Pulling, packing, and shipping online orders with accuracy and speed Meeting strict daily deadlines Keeping the fulfillment area organized and efficient Coordinating with the store manager for inventory pulls Handling order-related support emails Assisting the sales floor when online volume is low Maintaining a consistent workflow under pressure

What You Bring

Strong organizational skills Ability to hit tight deadlines consistently Comfort with logistics and basic tech close attention to detail Ability to work independently Strong work ethic Experience with shipping/receiving or fulfillment is an asset

Compensation

$20/hr to start (part-time)

Future Growth -- Based on Sales, Not Probation

This job remains part-time

unless

online sales volume grows to the point where 25 hours/week is no longer sufficient to maintain fast order turnaround times.

If that happens, the role may increase to full-time

with a wage adjustment.

This decision is based solely on online sales performance and operational needs.
