Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Optimization & CRO (35%)
Own and optimize the Shopify storefront--from homepage to checkout.
Improve UX across PDPs, navigation, search, and collections to increase conversion rates.
Develop and run A/B and multivariate tests to drive continuous site improvement.
Implement enhancements directly; coordinate more complex changes with development partners.
Monitor site KPIs via Shopify, GA4, and tools like Hotjar.
Ensure the digital experience supports and reflects in-store campaigns and merchandising.
Advertising Management (15%)
Oversee landing page testing and optimization for all paid media campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team on ad performance and creative alignment.
Lead A/B testing for ad-to-site performance; manage insights and iteration.
Guide analysts who handle performance reporting and upkeep.
Project & Vendor Management (20%)
Act as the lead point of contact for development and marketing tech vendors.
Manage briefs, timelines, QA, and implementation for all website updates and technical projects.
Own project planning across CRO testing, seasonal updates, site improvements, and vendor deliverables.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to align eCommerce priorities with broader business goals.
Merchandising & Campaign Execution (15%)
Collaborate with brand and content teams to bring campaigns to life across digital and retail.
Manage product sorting logic, filtering, tagging, and merchandising strategies.
Maintain processes for content updates, QA, testing, and CRO pipeline.
Technical SEO (10%)
Ensure the site is optimized for crawlability, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
Manage SEO fundamentals such as redirects, indexing, canonical tags, and structured data.
Conduct periodic audits and resolve issues proactively; stay current with best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of eCommerce experience, ideally with a Shopify-based DTC brand.
Deep understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
Familiarity with omni-channel retail and how eComm supports in-store performance.
Experience with landing page testing and digital ad performance.
Proficiency in Shopify theme management, apps, and basic Liquid/HTML/CSS.
Strong project management, QA, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals and site performance best practices.
