Mountain Warehouse\'s eCommerce business is a high growth, international operation that significantly contributes to total group revenue via direct-to-consumer websites, third-party marketplaces and digital concessions. North America is our second largest region with sales of $120M CAD across 60 stores & online. Canada is our central player in a global operation worth $520M CAD. eCommerce comprises a third of this total, with sales now 4x what they were 3 years ago. And we\xe2\x80\x99re not stopping there!
North American plays a central role to our overall eCommerce growth strategy and the position of eCommerce Lead will be a critical driver of insights & strategy in this market. This role has a primary focus on the customer journey and requires a deep working knowledge of digital trends & commercial key performance indicators. You will have a direct impact in driving growth strategies in the region in partnership with teams across the organization, as well as innovating across operational hurdles.

The role is best suited to a self-motivated, results-driven individual with an interest in the outdoors and a penchant for discovering the market\xe2\x80\x99s untapped potential.
