Novalex is over 30 years in auto parts industry, which has 4 local stores and 8 e-store online in Amazon and eBay, also owns self-brand Tovasty, Route19, and Hamahan. We are expanding our retail distribution to include online e-business which is quickly becoming the focus of the business going forward. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for talented and driven individual to make a difference & grow in e-Commerce sale with us! The Location This position is located in Burlington, Ontario Canada. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Familiar with huge engine e-commerce advertising and has a lot of practical experience; Experience in short video e-commerce advertising optimization; Professional short videos, focusing on various Internet Precise advertising; Rich experience, contact with e-commerce, delivery experience with Google business, Facebook local business, Amazon AD, Shopify, Kijiji, eBay, and maill.com.

• Work with the Sales & Marketing team to manage the product onboarding process.
• Execute performance-driven merchandising across all PLP pages.
• Digital Merchandising and maintain product pages (PDP pages, e-store and website)
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the site, & marketing campaign execution
• Manage operations (product reviews, sale, related products, manage website feedback from customers
• Monitor eCommerce reporting and analysis requirements.
• Conduct site maintenance and provide support for SEO Optimization across website (i.e., product copy, meta fields, alt tags)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Two years of online customer care / e-Commerce experience
• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in online marketing
• Two years proven experience in web merchandising, product management, online marketing or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with an eCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Shopify platform & content systems
• Understanding of SEO practices
• Intermediate MS Excel Skills
• AI based Accurate advertising placement and advertising effect evaluation.
• Advanced English written & verbal communication skills, impeccable grammar.
• Possess interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects & changing priorities effectively.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Resourceful and analytical self-starter with a positive attitude
• Avid learner who can adapt well in a growing environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Interest and /or understanding of auto parts industry is a big plus.
