We are looking for passionate

Early Childhood Educators (FLOAT)

to join our dynamic, diverse and multicultural team at

Summit Kids Campuses in NW or SW Calgary

.


As a float, you will support multiple campuses as needed, ensuring children receive consistent, engaging, and safe care.

Responsibilities:

Create a safe, happy, and fun learning environment for our children Take pride in being part of our Summit family. Be a brand ambassador and be accountable. You are the face of our company to the families and to the community at large. Engage & build positive & respectful relationships with our staff, families and the community by creating trust and always acting with integrity. Ensure that the center facilities are always safe for our children and help the Campus Lead to strictly comply to licensing standards at all times Act with compassion while upholding Summit Kids policies and standards.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have an

Alberta

ECE

Certificate.

Ability to

work across multiple campus locations in

NW and SW Calgary. Clear & Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector obtained within the last 6 months. Valid Standard First Aid with CPR Level B or C Certification (don't worry we'll hook you up!).

Valid Class 5 Driver's License and daily access to a vehicle.

Excellent written & verbal communication skill (English) Strong interpersonal skills to engage with our multicultural family at Summit.
