McCauley Community After School Care Association is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, experienced full-time Program Supervisor to join our Morinville after-school care team! This person should have a minimum level two. We are looking for someone who has experience in a leadership role, who is passionate about working with young children. Please note that this would be for a split shift, our hours of operation are from 6:30-6:00pm

Candidates must posses experience working with children 5-12 years of age, be a great team player, be available to work flexible hours as well as have excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a program supervisor who will be responsible for the day to day running of a childcare program, and be in close communication with the Executive Director. Must be able to supervise 2-4 staff, create schedules, menu planning, provide effective supervision of children at all times, work with educators to implement interest based programming, build great relationships with children/families/educators, provide excellent child guidance skills and follow all licensing regulations, policies and procedures.

Successful candidate must hold an Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certificate (minimum Level 2), have a clear criminal record check with a vulnerable sector, have current first aid and a child intervention record check. Starting wage ranges between $19.00-$22.00/hour based on experience and qualifications. In addition, all educators whom hold a childcare level also receive government top up between $5.05-$8.62/hour. We also provide management level benefits for program supervisors and their families, paid professional development days, paid sick and personal days as well as hold company events.
