Being a Driving Instructor

What You'll Do

Provide professional in-vehicle driver training following Young Drivers' proven curriculum. Coach students through their fears, mistakes, and successes with patience and care. Teach defensive driving techniques and real-world safety strategies. Maintain accurate student progress records and lesson reports. Communicate clearly and respectfully with students, parents/guardians, and office staff. Represent the Young Drivers brand with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

Valid Ontario G driver's licence.

Minimum 5 years at the full "G" level*
Clean driving record and background check.

Mustprovide CRJMC - Level 2 and Driving Instructor Application before training commences. Willingness to obtain a MTO Driving Instructor Licence. Requires 4 weeks of training (Mon to Friday 08:30am to 4:30pm - We can help with training!) Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
