Responsibilities:

Be a leader to production line workers to maintain a smooth production flow. Organize commissary and office space. Operate machinery and equipment on the production line efficiently and safely. Assemble and package products according to company specifications. Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and meet production quotas. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to balance physical tasks with office work. Strong attention to detail and quality. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects is required daily. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is a plus. Must be able to work weekends and afternoon shifts until 11pm.

Hired

on our payroll as Director of Franchise Sales, you earn

$5,000

referral bonus. They will get 100K Salary + 100K+ Bonus. They must be full time, exclusive & live the area. You will receive a

bonus for each successful location you find.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
