who know how to knock doors, create conversations, and build trust. If you're ambitious, love talking to people, and want to control your income -- this opportunity is for you.

What This Role Is:

This is a

commission-only door-to-door sales position

with uncapped earning potential.
You're not stuck behind a desk -- you'll be on the ground, introducing Pacific Blue's services to homeowners, building managers, strata members, and commercial properties.

You'll generate interest and leads. Our service team takes care of the technical side.

Every closed deal = money in your pocket.

The more you hustle, the more you earn.

What You'll Do:

Knock on doors (residential and commercial), visit buildings and sites Introduce our brand, present our services (drainage, hot water tank replacements, backflow testing, PM contracts, etc.) Find problems and offer real solutions -- from a dripping faucet to full building hydro-jetting Set up service calls, free estimates, or quote appointments Follow up with prospects and help turn warm leads into paying clients Build relationships with property managers, site supervisors, and decision-makers
Who You Are:

A self-motivated, confident communicator who doesn't get discouraged by a few no's Someone who knows how to talk to people and build trust quickly Comfortable walking into a building or site and striking up a conversation Sales or canvassing experience (door-to-door, real estate, trades, alarms, solar, etc.) Strong understanding of commissions and how to manage your own schedule Organized, reliable, and hungry to earn
What You'll Earn:

We'll be straight with you --

this is 100% commission-based. No base salary.

But with that comes unlimited potential.
Here's what our current reps earn:

$100-$500+ per residential job booked - Depending on a service thats done.

$1,000+ per building contract signed

Up to 10% on larger commercial installs or recurring PM agreements

Average monthly earnings range from

$5,000 to $15,000
