Our client is a multinational conglomerate operating in 70 countries and has a top-class facility in the Fraser Valley.They service and install various types of doors including parking garage doors, rolling steels, and other heavy-duty doors. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a full-time permanent opportunity for a Door Technician which is suitable for anyone with mechanical trades experience. You would be working with motors, torching strings, pumps, hydraulic cylinders, and pumps.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Troubleshoot, Repair, Install, and Maintain Garage Doors
• Travel to a new location daily or to multiple locations a day
• Ability to log and track service calls and keep track of minor inventory needs and upcoming deadlines
• Follow our health and safety guidelines in-house or on-site and report any issues that may arise professionally.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Overhead door experience or mechanical/trades experience (electrical, millwrights, CNC, carpentry, apprentices)
• Ability to be at heights
• Valid Class 5 Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License

COMPENSATION

• $35-50/hr, depending on experience.
