FLINT is recruiting for an Admin/Document Controller for our client in Whitecourt, AB. This position starts May 1, 2023 and runs until September 2023.


What would you be doing?
  • Receive, track, log, file and monitor engineering and supplier drawings.
  • Daily administration, maintenance and problem solving with respects to paper or electronic document management.
  • Work directly with the Quality Control group to scan, file, copy, and monitor all Quality related documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Data entry to in house procurement program.
  • Maintain accurate electronic filing of documents within the framework of the project folder and attend project meetings.
  • Reviewing material test reports and material receiving report,update the material log .
  • Scanning in the Quality sheets into binder.
Does this sound like you?
  • Minimum 1- 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of various computer applications, including Excel, Word.
  • Bloobeam and PDF exchanger will be prefferd.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and deadline restraints of multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good team player.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and written) with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma.
  • Office Administration diploma or certificate is considered an asset.
