Who are we looking for? We are growing and currently seeking a Director, Student and Associate Professional Resources. This position will require you lead the recruitment, integration and development of students and associates for the London and Toronto offices. You will be the point person for students and associates seeking guidance and support in professional and practice development, and well-being within the firm. All responsibilities of the Director are to be undertaken through an equity lens and in alignment with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s IDEA values and plan. You will also provide updates and advise the Student and Associate Committees. Responsibilities:
LL.B. or J.D. degree
Member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario or another Canadian law
society
Has 5+ years of practicing legal experience
Knowledge of the Law Society of Ontario\xe2\x80\x99s summer and articling student program
and processes
Demonstrated skills in providing mentorship and professional development
guidance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organization and time management abilities
Demonstrated awareness of and commitment to advancing IDEA values and goals
and familiarity with IDEA best practices in talent management
Willing to work flexible hours as needed and to travel occasionally within Ontario to
