Missions and Responsibilities
The primary function of the Sales Manager is to identify and develop new sales opportunities with small and medium-sized customers, to develop marketing strategies sales, to set up a good management of the territory and to develop programs of loyalty/incentives through a network of distributors and depots in the region of the west of the province of Quebec.
This person is also responsible for coaching and developing a team of 2 network account managers, organize training programs, coordinate marketing objectives through the sales force, prospecting new customers and participate in and contribute to the annual business plan of distributors and depots to ensure growth in sales and profitability.
In his role, the sales manager liaises between the sales department and the teams in the field, i.e. between the strategic and operational spheres.
