The Qualifications:
A proven track record of People & Culture and/or Human Resource Management experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (preferred) and/or certificate or diploma in Human Resources
In-depth knowledge of labour law and Human Resource best practices
A confident and polished presenter
A commitment to learn and apply Tap & Barrel\xe2\x80\x99s Values, and Business and People Leadership principles
An enthusiastic approach to taking on new opportunities and challenges
An ability to demonstrate objectivity, confidentiality, sound judgement, selfless leadership, and professionalism
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
Active listening and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to proactively build and maintain trusted relationships
