The Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of People & Culture and/or Human Resource Management experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (preferred) and/or certificate or diploma in Human Resources
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and Human Resource best practices
  • A confident and polished presenter
  • A commitment to learn and apply Tap & Barrel\xe2\x80\x99s Values, and Business and People Leadership principles
  • An enthusiastic approach to taking on new opportunities and challenges
  • An ability to demonstrate objectivity, confidentiality, sound judgement, selfless leadership, and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to proactively build and maintain trusted relationships
