Real Estate Industry experience is required for this role. Compensation: Competitive Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 Paid Time Off (PTO) Bonuses: Considered after a 180-day period MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION Responsibilities: As the Director of Operations at Barrett Inward Group in Toronto, ON, you will be responsible for establishing and managing systems to coordinate transactions, both internally and with clients, overseeing financial management, information management, and marketing. Your role will involve assisting the Team Lead in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication, and handling various tasks as needed to support the team's efficiency. You will be accountable for organizing and maintaining records, documents, spreadsheets, custom forms, and other necessary documentation to facilitate a streamlined workflow. Managing listing coordination will be a key part of your responsibilities, encompassing organizing, scheduling, and executing all components essential for bringing listings to market and successfully closing deals. You will be tasked with implementing and enhancing systems for tracking performance in seller and buyer transactions, lead generation, database management, and back-office support. Your duties will include assisting in documenting systems across different departments and maintaining an operations manual for reference and continuity. Leadership responsibilities will involve overseeing contract management, closing processes, and office equipment maintenance to ensure efficient operations. Coordinating the purchase, installation, and maintenance of office technology will fall under your oversight, staying informed about technological advancements for the team's benefit. You will be overseeing company marketing processes, including social media campaigns, sales, and ROI tracking to drive business growth and visibility. Effective communication management, including handling incoming calls, messages, and client care calls with a service-oriented approach, will be part of your daily tasks.
