Campaign Development & Brand Building
Concept, design, and deliver innovative marketing campaigns that spark engagement, grow brand equity, and celebrate the luxury resale experience.
Champion a forward-thinking creative process-identifying emerging trends, testing new ideas, and pushing campaigns beyond traditional formats.
Customize messaging to resonate across diverse audiences using insights, analytics, and customer feedback.
Storytelling & Content Strategy
Build a cohesive brand voice that flows across PR, events, in-store experiences, and digital storytelling.
Create and manage editorial calendars, ensuring campaign alignment across all marketing channels including blog, video, social media, and newsletters.
Partner with creative teams on content production, ensuring visuals and narratives reflect brand positioning and drive emotional connection.
Community Engagement & Organic Growth
Develop strategies to foster community-building, loyalty, and word-of-mouth momentum without heavy reliance on paid advertising.
Cultivate partnerships with influencers, creators, and community groups to expand brand presence authentically.
Oversee earned media, social media initiatives, and events that amplify brand visibility and drive organic engagement.
Team Collaboration & In-Store Integration
Collaborate closely with store teams to surface real stories, customer highlights, and frontline insights to power authentic marketing content.
Ensure marketing initiatives are closely tied to the in-store experience, enhancing both customer loyalty and brand storytelling.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
Experience
7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
A portfolio demonstrating successful execution of organic marketing campaigns that drove brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Deep understanding of brand storytelling, creative strategy, and customer-centric marketing.
Skills & Attributes
