Responsibilities
The HR Director is responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the human resources department.
Identifying, evaluating and solving hiring challenges
Recruiting top talent
Interviewing potential candidates and making recommendations
Compiling information about compensation and benefits packages based on market data
Experience in HR/Talent Acquisition transformation, change management, and strategic content development to deliver business impact.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience or a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
Fluency in English
Arab language desired
