About the Opportunity
  • Lead the development of annual operating and capital budget process
  • Build and modify company\xe2\x80\x99s internal rate of return and pricing models with input from business leaders
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends to inform strategy and decision making
  • Prepare financial reports, including monthly reporting package and Board updates
  • Provide senior leaders with summary of financial performance, performance vs budget, risks, and opportunities
  • Preparation and presentation of monthly operational KPI\xe2\x80\x99s in coordination with the Finance and Accounting partners and Operational teams
  • Present financial commentaries, presentations, and documents in concise and easy to digest formats to support key financial deliverables
  • Partner with accounting and business partners during the monthly close process to evaluate results and explain variances
  • Drive cross-functional projects to enhance EBITDA
  • Drive the design of the data strategy to optimize business performance
  • Support ad hoc projects and help define systems and process improvements to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth
  • Act as a finance business partner to other functions
  • Lead special projects related to analysis
About You
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance or accounting. MBA a plus
  • 6-8 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Small/scaling organization experience
  • Advanced knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Prior management experience a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate and influence
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel skills. [NetSuite] experience desired.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in investment banking and telecom industry highly desired
Salary Range
