• Work closely with the CFO to support the company's evolving requirements while leading the accounting and reporting function from start to finish
• Application of IFRS reporting standards and production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Development of revenue recognition policies
• Establish internal controls and processes in order to accurately track and account for rapidly increasing revenues
• Hire and train the accounting staff as needed
• Work closely with individuals across the company to ensure operations receives the support it requires

Qualifications

Mandatory:

The main qualifications for this role include:

• Completed CPA designation
• Minimum 10 years of progressive work experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid technical skills to ensure the implementation of required internal controls
• Energy, drive and initiative!

Compensation, Perks & Opportunities:

• $130,000 - $145,000 annual salary
• Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
• 4 weeks' vacation
