In this role, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated nurse to assist in managing all aspects of resident care and well-being. As the RN, RPN, LPN DOC, Director of Care / Care Team Leader you will be responsible for planning, delivering and providing quality resident centered health care to a lovely group of 50 residents where you and your team improve, promote, protect and support the health and well-being of the folks that call this place home.

This wonderful long-term care home is located in the majestic, affordable and friendly town of Castlegar, the 2nd largest community in the Kootenay region.

Qualifications:
3 years geriatric nursing experience preferred   
Eligible for RN, RPN or LPN Registration with BCCNM British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
