The company has designed, constructed and serviced 870+ AD systems and 150+ AD to RNG plants worldwide.

As we continue to shape the future of our North American operations, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Finance to join our team

This individual will support the North American President and Global CFO by defining and driving the financial direction of the North American business unit. The ideal candidate is both a big-picture thinker and a detail-oriented doer--someone who can set the vision for the finance function while also rolling up their sleeves to ensure execution and results. This is a critical role for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support, guide, and develop a high-performing finance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:



Lead, Manage and Accountable for Finance team members and manager Provide actionable insights and support Senior management with Strategic Planning Drive improvements in financial systems, ERP integration, and reporting tools. Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and statements, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement as well as other regular and ad hoc financial reporting as requested. Work with global counterparts to align on group financial statements and reporting in US, Canadian and German GAAP Work with external parties for US State and Federal Tax Compliance Oversee the work done with external accountants as needed to prepare corporate annual financial statements and tax returns. Oversee cash management and FOREX transactions. Optimize financing strategies, including credit facilities, intercompany loans, and capital planning Oversight of insurance policies and global alignment on insurance risk management and development of other risk management policies. Ensure the Company stays in compliance with government, banking and other reporting requirements Familiarity with construction-based projects and ability to talk about specific projects at a high level

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:



Post-secondary degree in accounting, finance or related area (CPA Preferred) 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus) Well versed in intercompany and multi-currency transactions and the ability to lead this process with ease Detail oriented who is able to get into the weeds as needed while seeing the larger overview Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Experience with foreign exchange transactions. Demonstrated experience in understanding and applying financial statistics and accounting principles. Background in parent/subsidiary ownership structure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
