For more information, please visit our website:The RoleAs the Director, Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and revenue through strategic management of marketing initiatives and programs including Amazon PPC and Google AdWords campaigns. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of developing, implementing and managing successful strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business goals. This role is for you if you are:

Who You Are
  • 7-10 years of overall experience in PPC marketing and eCommerce; 3-5 years of experience managing managers, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in managing advertising platforms like AdWords and optimizing ad spend.
  • In-depth knowledge of lead generation and acquisition strategies for both B2C and B2B markets.
  • Experience in product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management and corporate communications.
  • Ability to articulate complex marketing strategies and concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll DoStrategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Manage eCommerce and website marketing initiatives, optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee channel marketing efforts including affiliates, display, and email campaigns.
  • Drive website merchandising strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
  • Lead marketing efforts for various marketplaces, focusing on ad spend optimization and coupon creation.
  • Collaborate with the product team for effective product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
Team Management and Leadership:
  • Manage a team of managers, providing guidance and direction in their respective areas.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive performance and achieve objectives.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Regularly analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Optimize storefronts, channels, and campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies through display, email, ABM, and LinkedIn marketing channels.
  • Drive retention efforts, leveraging insights from customer surveys and NPS feedback.
  • Sales Enablement and Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to provide marketing support and enablement.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Content Strategy and Communication:
  • Develop and execute content strategies to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage corporate communications, both internally and externally, including crisis communications.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with various stakeholders including sales, operations, product, finance, IT, and People & Culture teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance brand presence and drive growth.

The Salary Range for this role is between $110,000 and $130,000 depending on experience, skills, training and organizational needs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. This compensation range reflects the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or above the midpoint of the range for their role. Only in rare and exceptional circumstances, where a candidate has the experience, skills and expertise to far exceed those required for the position, will we consider paying above the midpoint of the range for this role.
