Working in the dynamic environment of the Four Seasons global Marketing department, the Senior Director, Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 Americas will be an integral member of the world-class Commercial team that drives consumer marketing for one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading luxury hospitality brands. This role will be responsible for driving the regional marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and acquisition of new guests, leading the strategic and campaign planning process for their region to ensure they are delivering a consistent and optimized marketing message, aligned to the global framework. They will focus on driving stronger messaging integration by leveraging creative and paid media to deliver effective campaigns and messages to the right audiences, driving value and fueling growth for Four Seasons in the region. They will lead a small and nimble team to oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring seasonal objectives and KPIs are met to maximize brand impact and business performance.
The successful candidate will act as a key-council to property marketing teams, coaching and inspiring individuals and project teams to achieve performance improvements and personal growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the region. Critical to their role will be continuously evaluating and refining marketing strategies to maximize ROI on key business initiatives and ensure long-term success. Additionally, the role will be key in driving the successful opening of new properties, including sales and marketing plans, critical path planning and marketing communication.
