Hi, Im from JENNY BIRD. Im the VP of Brand Marketing & eCommerce and were looking
for a Senior Director, Brand Marketing to join the team. I have been with the company for four
and a half years and although we have managed to accomplish so much in that time it feels like

In this role, you will blend strategic thinking with being a day-to-day brand champion. You will
lead the go-to-market calendar, ensuring there is a cohesive and thoughtful approach to each
campaign and brand initiative. Youll work closely with the Creative Services team in
conceptualizing each product and promotional campaign to ensure they are on brand as well as
innovative and fresh. Youll grow our brand awareness and play a key role in driving JENNY
BIRDs campaign strategy and rollout forward.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Build the strategy for JENNY BIRDs monthly and quarterly marketing plans, campaigns
and launches alongside key stakeholders
Be a critical leader in the development of omni-channel marketing strategies to achieve
growth objectives and targets as it relates to collection launches, promotional strategies
and overall brand awareness
Responsible for the success of our organic social channels; help shape the storytelling
and content strategy by working closely with our Associate Art Director and Digital
Marketing Coordinator
Responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies to maximize new
customer acquisition through new channels (direct mail, podcasts, OOH, evergreen ad
campaign)
Work closely with the Marketing Project Manager and Editorial Director to build briefs
for each brand campaign and launch.
Work closely with the Marketing Project Manager to bring major sale periods to market (ie. Black Friday) working with operations, logistics, finance, customer care, creative, copy, influencer marketing and content for a holistic promotional period
Work closely with the VP of Brand Marketing to execute the performance marketing and
ad plan that best supports the marketing calendar every month
Work closely with our operations team to stay informed on inventory availability and
upcoming product launches, as well as influence upcoming inventory buys based on ad
performance and planned future content
Meet regularly with other Directors (Editorial, Retention, Partnerships, PR/Comms,
Ecomm) to ensure brand consistency across all owned channels and brand plans
Leverage consumer, market, cultural and competitive insights to drive brand strategies forward

Qualifications:
5+ years in brand marketing
Experience with a DtC growth company that was >20mil rev preferred
Hands on experience in paid platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok
Experience developing a global go-to-market strategies
Hands on experience using data platforms (like Google Analytics)
