This role will be responsible for advancing two key priorities - 1.) Increasing participation in our DBTS Gig Program and 2.) Embedding a Learning Culture across DBTS. This role will report to the VP, HRBP, DBTS and will have bi-lateral DBTS accountabilities in the roll-out of the named priorities.
The role is ideal for a self-motivated team player with a track record of using data to drive change, solid business acumen, strong relationship building skills across the organization, a keen understanding of employee motivation and is able to work independently with senior leaders.
Please note this is a 12-month temporary position.
What will you do?
There are two main concepts we are expecting to further embed in our workforce and success will be determined by outcomes delivered versus inputs. In this role the incumbent will set the baseline and take specific actions to drive increased usage of the DBTS Gig program as well as further embed a Learning Culture across DBTS:
