Job Title Director, HR Financial Management & Performance Measurement



What is the Opportunity?

As Director, Global Governance & Measurement, you will be responsible for maximizing the financial health and operational performance of the Human Resources function. Accountable for a team of financial, performance measurement and reporting experts, you lead the fiscal budgetary process and work plan for the HR Function as well as the development, reporting and analysis of performance metrics. This team is also accountable for defining and driving and realizing cost / efficiency management programs.

What will you do?

Financial Planning and Management

  • Provide central leadership, expertise and support to the HR function related to financial planning and management
  • Contribute to annual prioritization to ensure financial (budgets) and business outcomes ladder up against our strategy and targets set out by HR Leadership (e.g. FTE and discretionary spend) in partnership with Finance and budget owners
  • Streamline and improve the effectiveness of the planning/budgeting process
  • Provide financial oversight of projects/programs to ensure correctly funded and approved (coordination with local PMO and Enterprise Project Management Office)
  • Proactively collaborate with HR Operating Committee and Executives to resolve projects with funding gaps
Business & Performance Management and Reporting
  • Lead the business performance management and reporting by partnering closely with HR executives and senior leaders to develop, track and analyze Key Success Factors and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s for the Talent Services organization and Human Resources function
  • Strengthen and standardize governance routines across HR including certification against the Project Risk policy, achievement of CHRO direction on plan/forecast/cost challenge(s) and ensuring HR Leaders feel supported to be able to effectively manage their teams
  • Define and automate scorecards to ensure visibility to financial, operational, people and program/project metrics to enable timely action and decision by the HR Executive team
  • Drive best-in-class HR Operational reporting with meaningful and actionable insights, including consolidation of operational metrics across Talent Services (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Learning & Performance, HR Operations & Digital Solutions, and HR Advice)
  • Analyze, streamline and automate business performance management reporting and coordinates and manages the monthly/quarterly executive business performance review process
  • Define, lead, and drive HR cost management and efficiency management programs
  • Primary point of contact for corporate real estate activities and management related to HR.
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:
  • Strategic leadership experience and proven ability to execute for the immediate while leading to the future
  • 7+ years Financial, Measurement, Analytical and Business Performance Management experience (CPA designation preferred)
  • Very strong communication skills, with ability to clearly translate data into insights to meet executive stakeholder needs
  • Highly skilled in data visualization, working with tableau, and advanced excel capability
