We are currently have an exciting, permanent role for a Director, Finance Transformation & Systems Integration. The role supports the selection, integration, and implementation of a new system, while working closely with the C-Suite to provide strategic direction from a finance and systems perspective.
The responsibilities of the Director, Finance Transformation & Systems Integration include:
- Assessing and identifying end user needs to help in the selection of an ERP
- Providing strategic oversight while managing changes and gaining buy-in from stakeholders
- Review of processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancement
- Review of internal controls for financial reporting
- Spearheading the integration and implementation of selected ERP
- Documentation of processes and procedures as well as updating and enhancing current processes and procedures
- Working with cross functional teams, supporting user needs and training
- Ad hoc tasks as required to support system integration and change management initiatives
Requirements
The ideal Adaptive Planning Business Analyst, will have the following skills and experience:
- Professional designation in accounting, i.e., CPA or ACCA
- Proven leadership experience in large system transformation/implementation projects
- Experience in change management, project mapping, and project management
- Ability to gain buy-in, present to the C-Suite, and provide recommendations
- Excellent soft skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills, written, understanding, and verbal
