We have an exciting career opportunity for a highly motivated National Director, Finance. In this role, you will lead our Finance team across the country in providing leadership to our accounting, transaction processing, payroll, procurement, and partner services teams. You will learn something new every day, and be a major influence in how our clients and colleagues work. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders and become known as a trusted advisor leading the Finance team. As a National Director, Finance your responsibilities will include:
  • You will have oversight of all Finance related functions including accounting, payroll, transaction processing (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury), procurement, Partner services and practice management application support for our time and billing systems and processes
  • You will oversee critical processes including partner compensation
  • Working collaboratively with other national functions, you will provide leadership and support to systems and process changes and enhancements
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our financial internal controls
  • You will provide support, mentoring and coaching to the Finance team
  • You will provide analysis and support for both our National Management Committee and Partnership Board
  • You will contribute to the development of the firms operational goals in alignment with our firm strategy
  • You will have significant hands-on management in both a strategic and tactical nature
  • You will proactively identify potential challenges or opportunities that might require a change in course
  • You will be responsible for management of special projects related to Finance

  • 15+ years Finance leadership roles, including financial planning & analysis roles
  • Professional accounting designation
  • Expert capabilities in the creation of meaningful analysis, reporting, interpretation of financial data and trends to enhance financial performance and decision-making

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse groups and senior-level management
