You will be joining the NA Digital team which is a combination of product managers, ecommerce specialists and analysts. Our team is highly driven, leading the company in performance and growth and has a genuine joy for all things digital, technology and business. We are a part of the great global digital and omni function reporting up through our Chief Digital Officer. We are highly collaborative across the organization as our website and app are often times the most visible touchpoint of our brand.

a day in the life: what you\'ll do

As the Director of Digital Analytics & Optimization you will be accountable for leading the strategy and operations of our data collection (tag management), digital optimization (A/B testing) and digital analytics functions. In this role you will be responsible for growing and leading a team of analysts that supports our global digital + omni goals and objectives. To achieve this you will partner with leaders across Product Management, Ecommerce, Engineering, UX, Marketing and Research and Engineering.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital analytics strategy that aligns with the organization\'s business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of analysts, implementation engineers and optimization specialists in the collection and analysis of digital analytics data, including website, mobile app, and omni platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, ecommerce, digital marketing, UX, research and engineering, to identify opportunities for improving the guest experience and driving business growth through data-driven insights and testing.
  • Lead the identification and prioritization of key metrics and performance indicators and support the design and implementation of tracking and measurement systems to monitor and optimize digital performance.
  • Foster the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and strategy.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Partner with the Guest Integrity team and Legal to ensure that the collection and use of data is compliant with guest wishes and relevant legislation
  • Embrace changing business and stakeholder needs and industry trends to evolve the strategy, refine operations, and develop and grow capabilities to enhance business value and maintain a happy and healthy team.
qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights and experimentation.
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring teams of data-driven people - IC to manager level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency in a range of digital analytics tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SQL.
  • Clear understanding of how to navigate digital analytics in today\'s complex privacy-conscious and regulated environment (GDPR, CPRA, ITP, etc.)
