You will be joining the NA Digital team which is a combination of product managers, ecommerce specialists and analysts. Our team is highly driven, leading the company in performance and growth and has a genuine joy for all things digital, technology and business. We are a part of the great global digital and omni function reporting up through our Chief Digital Officer. We are highly collaborative across the organization as our website and app are often times the most visible touchpoint of our brand.
a day in the life: what you\'ll do
As the Director of Digital Analytics & Optimization you will be accountable for leading the strategy and operations of our data collection (tag management), digital optimization (A/B testing) and digital analytics functions. In this role you will be responsible for growing and leading a team of analysts that supports our global digital + omni goals and objectives. To achieve this you will partner with leaders across Product Management, Ecommerce, Engineering, UX, Marketing and Research and Engineering.
