We are looking for a seasoned Demand Generation marketer to lead a team to fuel our funnel, accelerate awareness, ideate and test new growth strategies, and optimize performance. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you'll be a critical leader in the marketing team, be in the driver's seat to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, strategize on how to grow and optimize our lead funnel to drive revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various departments and functions across the business, and to lead complex projects to fruition. You will join a talented team that is motivated, knowledgeable and cares deeply about HiMama's customers, brand, and partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead a team of marketers who own the end-to-end demand funnel, generating leads, accelerating opportunities, and driving funnel efficiency
  • Identify and test new growth channels to generate leads for all of HiMama's products and services across multiple paid digital marketing channels, including social, SEM/SEO, display, and remarketing
  • Regularly test, evaluate, report, and measure results of ongoing campaigns with an eye toward continuously improving conversion rates, making necessary adjustments until desired results are achieved
  • Steer and spearhead multiple complex projects, building strong partnerships with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product to ensure maximum impact of our initiatives
  • Proactively help manage budget to meet desired balance between ROI and spend, working closely with VP of Marketing, Rev Ops, and Finance, reprioritizing spend as needed
  • Collaborate and work closely with Content Marketing to ideate and prioritize production and release of content that will help you hit your lead engagement and lead conversion targets
  • Work with web designers and developers to ensure landing pages for your programs are optimized for conversion
  • Develop, mentor, and coach a team of marketing professionals, with a passion for people development
What We're Looking For:
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with 4+ years in demand generation or growth marketing in a B2B context (SMB ideal); SaaS experience highly preferred but not required
  • Strong team and cross-functional leadership skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with teams across the organization
  • Familiarity with the education sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to drive lead collection and accelerate growth
  • Proven track record of driving and accelerating revenue growth through customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Strong record of results with performance marketing, organic search, and other demand channels.
  • Outstanding written, presentation and communication skills; can communicate complicated concepts and plans succinctly for various audiences
  • Vast technical and analytical skillset, including a working knowledge of key B2B marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Ability to stay focused on strategic objectives while balancing short term deliverables and changing priorities within a dynamic environment
