Tempo.io is seeking a highly skilled Director of Demand Generation and ABM to lead the development and execution of demand generation strategies to drive new business and expand the existing customer base. Reporting into the VP of Growth, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of experts in SEO, Performance, Programmatic Outbound, and Content Syndication programs to design, implement, and measure demand generation initiatives, tactics, and campaigns. As Director of Demand Generation and ABM, you will orchestrate demand generation and ABM programs that effectively engage target upmarket accounts and move them through the buyer\'s journey, utilizing personalized email and social media outreach, targeted advertising, and custom content. You will continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly, utilizing A/B testing and other optimization techniques. In addition, you will work closely with Sales leadership to ensure quality demand delivery and follow-up according to established SLAs, as well as design and execute targeted 1:few ABM marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements.
