As a leader on the Xello Marketing team, you will coach and empower others through your expert ability to translate high-level company objectives into marketing strategies that inspire staff and encourage cross-team collaboration. Highly collaborative, you're able to forge strong relationships with your Marketing counterparts, Sales leaders, and Operations teams and enjoy working in lock step to develop campaigns that successfully capture the attention of educators and convert prospects.

What you'll do...

  • Responsible for acquisition across all existing paid and owned channels, working closely with Product Marketing, BDR leadership and Marketing Ops to ensure an integrated approach to all marketing programs
  • Lead a team of marketing experts in the development and execution of high-impact brand awareness and lead gen campaigns that span conferences & events, content & social, website optimization, digital advertising, and partnerships
  • Oversee and regularly evaluate agency relationships, ensuring that joint objectives and success metrics are clearly defined and tracked and contractual obligations are met
  • Develop the team's brand and acquisition objectives to align with the overall business strategy, ensuring team collaboration and buy-in
  • Define and track KPIs to assess ROI across marketing programs and continuously look to improve performance, while testing new strategies to support growth in new business
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective program spend
  • Analyze gaps and opportunities in the buyer journey and identify the necessary assets, content, and programs in collaboration with the sales teams
  • Partner with the Strategic Accounts team to set the strategy and foundation for testing an account-based marketing approach to attract and convert high-value accounts
  • Support the career growth and development of your team, proactively identifying opportunities to introduce knowledge sharing and professional development
What we're looking for...
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably with longer sales cycles
  • Passionate about people leadership and fostering a collaborative team culture
  • A track record of driving revenue growth with predictable pipeline creation
  • Experience working and communicating with senior leaders and external partners
  • Experience designing lead nurture and ABM programs from the ground up
  • Proven success generating brand awareness and engagement
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data points and KPIs to generate actionable insights
