En collaboration avec les diff\xc3\xa9rentes \xc3\xa9quipes cr\xc3\xa9atives et techniques, le.la directeur.trice sert de point de contact principal entre le client et les partenaires internes participant \xc3\xa0 la mise en \xc5\x93uvre des projets. Le titulaire du poste a pour mandat de cr\xc3\xa9er un lien de confiance avec le client et de comprendre ses enjeux d\'affaires en d\xc3\xa9finissant ses orientations strat\xc3\xa9giques. Il.elle supervise divers projets tout en demeurant attentif au potentiel de d\xc3\xa9veloppement commercial des clients actuels. Il lui revient aussi de s\'assurer que les membres de son \xc3\xa9quipe concourent tous \xc3\xa0 cr\xc3\xa9er un terreau fertile pour l\'\xc3\xa9mergence de nouvelles id\xc3\xa9es.

RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S

  • Ma\xc3\xaetriser et analyser de pr\xc3\xa8s des mandats confi\xc3\xa9s par les clients en lien avec leurs objectifs d\'affaires.
  • Bien communiquer la teneur des mandats aux \xc3\xa9quipes de cr\xc3\xa9ation et de strat\xc3\xa9gie.
  • \xc3\x89valuer et g\xc3\xa9rer les co\xc3\xbbts et d\xc3\xa9lais de production avec l\'aide de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe.
  • Dresser la liste des occasions d\'affaires correspondant aux activit\xc3\xa9s des clients et \xc3\xa9tablir des strat\xc3\xa9gies de communication et de marketing pour les concr\xc3\xa9tiser.
  • Encadrer de mani\xc3\xa8re positive les projets, les \xc3\xa9quipes et les clients en donnant une orientation et une vision claires.
  • Montrer une volont\xc3\xa9 d\'innover, de faire bouger les choses et de repousser les limites des projets supervis\xc3\xa9s.
  • Piloter et optimiser des projets multidisciplinaires 360\xcb\x9a en mobilisant les bons acteurs au bon moment, tant les partenaires internes qu\'externes.
  • Planifier les projets et les revenus.
  • Aider \xc3\xa0 la profitabilit\xc3\xa9 du client.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer les diff\xc3\xa9rends, lancer des d\xc3\xa9bats et prendre des d\xc3\xa9cisions difficiles.
  • Encadrer et orienter le d\xc3\xa9veloppement de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe.
REQUIS
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire en communication, marketing ou un domaine connexe.
  • Un minimum de deux ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience comme directeur de comptes en agence.
  • Connaissance approfondie des outils de gestion de projet, des m\xc3\xa9thodologies et des meilleures pratiques.
  • Solide connaissance de l\'analyse budg\xc3\xa9taire et du suivi de la performance.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion de relations avec les client.e.s et les parties prenantes.
  • Bon sens de la planification et de l\'organisation.
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais et de l\'anglais, tant \xc3\xa0 l\'oral qu\'\xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit (collaborateurs et clients \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9chelle internationale).

ROLE

In collaboration with the various creative and technical teams, the Account Director acts as the main contact between the client and the various internal stakeholders involved in the implementation of projects. They are responsible for building a relationship of trust with the client and must also grasp their business issues by defining their strategic orientations. They participate in the management of various projects and remain attentive to the business development potential of existing clients. It is also their responsibility to ensure that all members of their team participate in the creation of a fertile environment for ideas to emerge and come to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand, analyze, and immerse yourself in mandates confided in you by the clients, in line with their business objectives.
  • Efficiently communicate mandate requirements to the creative and strategy teams.
  • Evaluate and control production costs and timelines with the help of your team.
  • Identify business opportunities in line with clients\' portfolios and create communication and marketing strategies to concretize them.
  • Guide and positively influence projects, teams, and clients by providing them with direction and vision.
  • Demonstrate a desire to innovate, change the course of things, challenge the status quo, and push the limits with the projects you lead.
  • Manage and optimize 360\xcb\x9a multidisciplinary projects by identifying the right players at the right moment. Both internal and external partners.
  • Plan projects and revenues.
  • Contribute to clients\' profitability.
  • Manage conflicts, provoke discussions, and make difficult decisions.
  • Manage, train, and guide the development of your team.
REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree in communication, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years\' experience as an Account Director.
  • Thorough knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of budget analysis and performance tracking.
  • Experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Good sense of planning and organization.
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (International collaborators and customers).
