Ce que cela signifie : le ou la futur\xc2\xb7e directeur\xc2\xb7trice doit poss\xc3\xa9der une exp\xc3\xa9rience approfondie des relations publiques et du domaine des biens de consommation, afin d\'accompagner certains de nos plus gros clients, de b\xc3\xa2tir de solides relations avec la client\xc3\xa8le et de g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer des r\xc3\xa9sultats. Le ou la directeur\xc2\xb7trice travaillera avec des \xc3\xa9quipes interfonctionnelles \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration et \xc3\xa0 la supervision du d\xc3\xa9ploiement de strat\xc3\xa9gies sur tous les types de plateformes m\xc3\xa9diatiques, y compris le d\xc3\xa9veloppement de campagnes, la cr\xc3\xa9ation de contenu et l\'\xc3\xa9valuation du rendement.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S

  • Assumer la gestion de programmes, de budgets, de calendriers et de plans pour de multiples clients
  • Contribuer \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration de plans \xc3\xa0 long terme et de recommandations de programmes pour les clients en \xc3\xa9tablissant des budgets et en cr\xc3\xa9ant des pr\xc3\xa9sentations
  • Diriger le d\xc3\xa9veloppement de plans tactiques \xc3\xa0 partir de strat\xc3\xa9gies; veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que les livrables de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe soient conformes aux strat\xc3\xa9gies
  • Soutenir le client de mani\xc3\xa8re proactive et d\xc3\xa9passer ses attentes en lui sugg\xc3\xa9rant des am\xc3\xa9liorations, en tirant parti des connaissances et de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience propres au secteur d\'activit\xc3\xa9
  • G\xc3\xa9rer les ressources et les effectifs de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe afin de mener \xc3\xa0 bien les mandats
  • Pr\xc3\xa9voir les situations et offrir des solutions de mani\xc3\xa8re proactive aux principaux membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de direction pour les questions d\'ex\xc3\xa9cution propres aux programmes assign\xc3\xa9s
  • Mettre en place et g\xc3\xa9rer des calendriers ainsi que des plans d\'action hebdomadaires pour veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que tous les d\xc3\xa9lais des programmes des clients soient respect\xc3\xa9s
  • Servir de personne-ressource principale pour de nombreuses marques
  • B\xc3\xa2tir et pr\xc3\xa9server des relations productives avec de multiples parties prenantes des clients, des \xc3\xa9quipes interorganisations et un \xc3\xa9ventail vari\xc3\xa9 de coll\xc3\xa8gues de l\'agence
  • Repr\xc3\xa9senter clairement la vision de l\'agence dans les textes, dans les pr\xc3\xa9sentations formelles et dans le cadre de rencontres et d\'ateliers informels avec les clients
  • Maintenir la rentabilit\xc3\xa9 des engagements

DIRECTOR, CLIENT EXPERIENCE (CX)

The Weber Shandwick team is currently seeking a Director to join our Client Experience (CX) team in Montr\xc3\xa9al. We\'re a passionate and diverse team that protects and promotes some of Canada\'s most iconic and beloved brands - and has fun while doing it!

What does this mean? The Director, CX candidate must have in-depth consumer PR experience to help lead some of our biggest accounts, build strong client relationships and drive results. They will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams in the development and executional oversight of strategic earned media and digital initiatives including campaign development, content creation and measurement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own responsibilities for executional leadership of multiple client programs, budgets, timelines and plans
  • Assist in the development of long-term client plans and program recommendations, elaborating budgets and creating presentations
  • Drive development of tactical plans, translating strategies into tactics; ensure team deliverables align with strategies
  • Proactively support and suggest improvements to exceed client expectations by leveraging industry knowledge and experience
  • Manage ongoing team resourcing/staffing to ensure successful delivery of work product
  • Anticipate and proactively offer solutions to senior team leadership for executional issues specific to assigned programs
  • Develop and manage timelines and weekly actions plans to ensure all deadlines on client programs are met
  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact for multiple brands
  • Build and own productive relationships with multiple client stakeholders, interagency teams, and a diverse array of agency colleagues
  • Represent agency points of view clearly in writing, formal presentations, and informal client meetings and workshops
  • Maintain profitability of engagements
  • Motivate the team by adopting a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Qualifications:
  • 7-8 years of public relations experience, ideally in an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of the overall media and social media landscapes
  • Capacity to think both creatively and strategically
  • Proven track record in client service
