Votre Role



Ce poste est une occasion unique de diriger et de continuer a faconner la fonction RH chez SPARK. Vous aurez l'opportunite de batir et d'ameliorer continuellement les programmes et initiatives RH, tout en collaborant etroitement avec la direction et les membres de l'equipe a travers l'organisation. Parallelement, vous demeurerez implique(e) de maniere operationnelle, en contribuant directement a la conception des programmes, des politiques et a la gestion des activites quotidiennes.En tant que Directeur(trice) des ressources humaines, vous serez responsable de l'orientation strategique et la gestion de l'ensemble des fonctions RH, incluant la planification strategique, les rapports et analyses RH, la formation et le developpement, le recrutement et la retention, ainsi que l'engagement global des employes. Base(e) a notre siege social de Montreal, le/la Directeur(trice) RH relevera directement du VP Finance et Administration.

Vos Responsabilites:



Diriger et superviser l'ensemble des fonctions RH a l'echelle mondiale, incluant l'engagement des employes, l'acquisition de talents, l'integration, les relations de travail, la gestion de la performance, la remuneration totale ainsi que la formation et le developpement. Assurer l'execution de la strategie RH a court et a long terme tout en assurant un alignement avec la vision et aux objectifs globaux de SPARK. Mettre en place des initiatives et meilleures pratiques RH soutenant la strategie, le bien-etre des employes et la collaboration interfonctionnelle. Agir en tant que partenaire strategique aupres de la direction, en conseillant sur la planification de la main-d'oeuvre, le developpement organisationnel, les pratiques de retention et l'engagement des employes. Participer a diverses seances strategiques avec l'equipe de direction executive. Definir et promouvoir la culture de SPARK, en veillant a ce que nos valeurs soient integrees dans toutes les pratiques, programmes et initiatives. Assurer la conformite aux lois et reglements en matiere d'emploi tout en developpant et ameliorant les politiques et procedures RH. Superviser et optimiser le SIRH et l'Intranet de SPARK afin d'assurer l'efficacite, la capacite de croissance et une excellente experience employe. Offrir soutien, coaching et accompagnement aux leaders et gestionnaires de l'organisation. Organiser et mettre en oeuvre des initiatives de formation et de developpement. Suivre et maintenir les principaux KPIs RH afin d'evaluer l'impact et soutenir des decisions basees sur les donnees. Gerer les activites operationnelles quotidiennes des RH.

Vos Qualifications



Baccalaureat en ressources humaines ou en relations industrielles. Minimum de 8 ans d'experience progressive dans un role RH, avec une expertise demontree dans un large eventail de fonctions RH. Experience en leadership RH ou a titre de generaliste/partenaire d'affaires RH senior, avec l'ambition et la motivation necessaires pour evoluer vers un role de direction. Vision strategique, capable de traduire les besoins d'affaires en initiatives RH. Passionne(e) par la creation d'une experience employe positive et le developpement d'une culture de travail dynamique. Experience dans un contexte de main-d'oeuvre multi-juridictionnelle/multinationale est essentielle. Excellente connaissance et comprehension des lois du travail au Quebec. Titre CRHA. Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en redaction en francais et en anglais. Ce role implique de travailler regulierement avec des collegues localises a l'international. Fort sens des responsabilites et capacite de mener des projets du debut a la fin. Aptitude a interagir positivement avec les equipes d'ingenierie, des operations, ainsi que des ventes et du marketing. Your Role



This is a unique opportunity to lead and continue to shape the HR function at SPARK. You'll have the chance to build and continuously improve HR programs and initiatives while partnering closely with leadership and team members across the organization. At the same time, you'll remain hands-on and operational, directly shaping the programs, policies, and managing day-to-day activities.As the HR Director, you will provide strategic direction, leadership and management on all human resource functions including strategic planning, HR reporting and analytics, training and development, recruitment and retention, as well as overall employee engagement. Located in our main headquarters in Montreal, the HR Director will report directly to the VP of Finance and Administration.

Your Responsibilities:



Lead and oversee all HR functions globally, including employee engagement, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, total compensation, and learning & development. Lead the execution of both the short and long-term HR strategy in support of the overall vision and goals of SPARK. Lead HR initiatives and best practices that support the HR strategy, people well-being and cross-collaboration. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on workforce planning, organizational development, retention practices and employee engagement. Participate in various strategic sessions with the executive leadership team. Define and promote SPARK's culture, ensuring our values are embedded across all practices, programs and initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while building and improving HR policies and procedures. Oversee and improve SPARK's HRIS and Intranet to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a great employee experience. Offer support, guidance, and coaching to leaders and managers across the organization. Organize and execute training and development initiatives. Track and maintain key HR metrics and KPIs to measure impact and support data-driven decisions. Manage the HR day-to-day operational activities.

Your Qualifications:



Bachelor in Human Resources or Industrial Relations. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in an HR role, with demonstrated expertise in a broad range of HR functions. Proven experience in HR leadership or as a senior HR Generalist/Business Partner with the ambition and drive to step into a lead role. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives. Passionate about creating a positive employee experience and developing a thriving workplace culture. Experience in a mutli-jurisdiction/country workforce base is a must. Sound knowledge and understanding of Quebec employment laws. CHRP Designation. Excellent communication skills and writing skills in both French and English. This role requires to work regularly with co-workers, located globally. Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. High level of ownership of complete projects. Ability to positively interact with engineering, operations, and sales and marketing teams.
