Atteindre et depasser les quotas de vente de la succursale. S'assurer que les conseillers aux ventes utilisent les methodes proposees dans les manuels de formation et qu'ils respectent les politiques et les procedures de l'entreprise. Donner les instructions initiales et de facon continue aux conseillers aux ventes pour repondre aux besoins des clients et surpasser leurs attentes. Agir comme premiere reference pour les conseillers aux ventes en ce qui concerne les procedures apres le deces, la prospection, la connaissance des produits, les representations de ventes, les competences de conclusion de ventes, les prix, les termes, la documentation, les questions sur les techniques de vente, le respect de la reglementation et le service a la clientele.

Partage du territoire



Developper des programmes de marketing qui presentent un portrait favorable : la geographie, les donnees demographiques, les communautes ethniques ou religieuses. Analyser les prix des competiteurs, rester a l'affut. Planifier des evenements dans la communaute, y participer, dans le but de faire de la prospection et de faire connaitre la succursale.

Gestion des depenses



Reviser les contrats de prearrangements ou de cimetiere pour garantir le respect des regles HMIS, provinciales et federales. Approuver les rabais offerts aux clients. Faire des rapports qui demontrent le respect des regles aux autorites financieres.

Soutien administratif



Entretenir le materiel marketing, les manuels de formation, l'equipement de ventes et autres fournitures requises pour les ventes. S'assurer que les programmes de ventes, les recompenses, les primes et les presentations de ventes sont inscrits au budget, approuves et conformes aux politiques de l'entreprise. Assurer que les salles de ventes et les bureaux sont propres et entretenus pour garder une atmosphere professionnelle pour les conseillers des ventes et le public.

Conformite



S'assurer que tous les conseillers aux ventes respectent le Code de conduite et qu'ils obtiennent les permis necessaires. S'assurer que les pratiques de ventes sont conformes a la regulation provinciale et federale.

Exigences MINIMALES



Etudes



Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou l'equivalent Baccalaureat, de preference

Experience



Experience de vente non requise Experience comme conseiller ou conseillere aux ventes ou superviseur ou superviseuse, de preference Experience en presentation, en formation et en conseil aux ventes, un atout

Permis



Permis de conduire issu par la province valide et un bon dossier de conducteur Permis d'assurances lorsque la loi de la province l'exige et comme prescrit par chaque conseil d'Etat

Connaissances, competences et aptitudes



Maitrise de l'informatique en environnement Windows et de la suite MS Office Connaissances de systemes de gestion de la relation client (CRM), un atout Capacite a garder la confidentialite Capacite a travailler au-dela des heures de travail regulieres, au besoin, pour repondre aux demandes des clients Capacite a determiner des objectifs stimulants pour les employes

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES




We are looking for an Interim Sales Manager

Staff Management and Leadership



Meet and exceed established location sales quotas Ensure that Sales Counselors utilize methods as set forth in training manuals while observing Company policies and procedures Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to ensure that all Sales Counselors meet or exceed the needs of the customers Manage Sales Counselors acting as their primary reference regarding the aftercare process, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms, paperwork, sales guideline questions, compliance issues, and delivery of customer service

Market Share



Develop marketing programs that compliment the geography, demographics, ethnicity, or religions of the community Analyze and be aware of competitor pricing Plan and participate in community events designed to develop prospects and heighten awareness of the location

Expense Management



Review all pre-need contracts and at-need cemetery contracts to ensure compliance with HMIS, state/provincial and or federal laws Approve all discounts offered to customers Prepare reports that demonstrate compliance with financial controls

Operations Support



Maintain all marketing materials, training manuals, sales equipment and other sales supplies Ensure that sales programs, incentives and awards, and sales presentations are budgeted, approved and conform to Company policies Maintain all sales rooms and offices in a clean and orderly fashion to provide a professional atmosphere for Sales Counselors and the public

Compliance



Ensure that all sales counselors follow the Code of Conduct and obtain proper licensure Ensure compliance of sales practices with federal, state/provincial and local regulations

MINIMUM Requirements



Education



High school or equivalent Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience



Sales Management experience of 3-5 years required Sales Counselor and sales supervisory experience preferred Experience presenting, training, coaching and motivating salespeople and sales forces a plus

Licenses



Valid state/province driver's license with good driving record Insurance license as required by state/province law and as prescribed by each state board

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



Working knowledge of Windows-based PC environment and MS office applications Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work beyond standard business hours when necessary to service customers Ability to set goals for employees that are challenging but achievable
