Responsabilites


Elaborer et mettre en oeuvre des plans de vente strategiques pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.


Diriger et motiver l'equipe de vente pour atteindre et depasser les objectifs de vente.


Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec des clients B2B cles.


Negocier des contrats et conclure des affaires avec des clients potentiels.


Analyser les donnees relatives aux ventes afin d'identifier les tendances et les possibilites d'amelioration.


Controler les indicateurs de performance des ventes et les KPI et en rendre compte.


Experience/qualifications


Experience confirmee dans la gestion des ventes B2B avec un parcours reussi.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Experience/Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales management with a successful track record. Strong leadership skills to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team. Expertise in developing and implementing strategic sales plans for growth. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients. Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals efficiently. Competence in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
