Brandt est actuellement a la recherche d'un directeur commercial pour son emplacement a Brossard Construction et Foresterie.



Sous la responsabilite du directeur de succursale, le titulaire du poste est charge de la croissance des ventes et de la rentabilite du service des marchandises.





Les taches comprennent, sans s'y limiter :


Atteindre les objectifs de gestion des actifs en termes de rotation et de vieillissement, ainsi que la protection des actifs de l'entreprise. Incluant notamment les stocks de marchandises neuves et usagees. Prevoir la bonne composition de stocks pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de part de marche. Gestion et developpement de tous les employes du service des ventes dans le but de constituer une main-d'oeuvre motivee et performante axee sur le succes a long terme de l'entreprise, des clients et des employes. Realiser les objectifs de part de marche convenus pour le succes a long terme de notre fabricant et de la societe. Fournir un retour d'information et des commentaires sur les occasions et les pressions concurrentielles futures Aider a la gestion des comptes clients de la succursale en collaboration avec le vice-president du credit et le vice-president a l'exploitation. Autres taches selon les besoins.

Competences requises


Certificat, diplome ou baccalaureat en gestion des ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe de preference. 3 a 5 ans d'experience en tant que generaliste en RH ou en recrutement de preference. CRHA est considere comme un atout.

Experience requise


Excellentes aptitudes a la communication ecrite et verbale et competences interpersonnelles. Solides competences en matiere de prise de decision. Professionnalisme, sens de l'organisation et de la gestion de projet. Solides competences informatiques requises ; connaissance des bases de donnees RH, des systemes de suivi des candidats et des systemes de gestion des candidats consideree comme un atout.

Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Brossard Construction & Forestry location.



Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.





Duties include, but are not limited to:


Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Included but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory. Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals. Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees. Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company. Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures. Assist in the management of Branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit and VP of Operations. Other duties as assigned

Required Skills


Certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management of related field preferred 3-5 years' HR Generalist and/or Recruiting experience preferred CPHR considered an asset

Required Experience


Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills Professionalism, organizational, and project management skills Strong computer skills required; familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems considered an asset
